This is extremely powerful because you do not need your own product to start with (you can always produce a course or something else down the road) and and yes it can done on an extremely tight budget.
For example, you could start your own website and create blog articles reviewing the products and services you want to promote!
That may be significantly less than $100 for three years of hosting your blog online!! Crazy right? Compared to the costs of a normal start-up (renting an office, paying salaries to a complete team, etc.) this is completely the cheapest option ever.
